Shipping

We ship from Singapore to the world using standard air mail (approx. 7-15 working days for delivery). For Singapore-based customers, shipping is via local mail (between 2-3 working days). If you wish to pay for expedited shipping, please contact us by leaving a note on your purchase. Please note we do not collect are not responsible for custom & import taxes for the country being shipped to.

If you require a faster shipping method such as courier, additional charges apply; please use the Contact Male-HQ form to make arrangements before you purchase. Please refer to the chart here for shipping charges. If an order is returned to us because it was uncollected or because a wrong/incomplete address was provided, we do charge for reshipping. 

For your protection, all shipments are sent registered, and will have tracking number.  Delivery will require a signature.  If nobody is home during the delivery attempt, a notification will be left, and the addressee will need to collect from the post office.  Do not put in special requests on the order to leave the package on the doorstep or porch, or call before delivery, as the postal carrier will ignore such requests.  

 

Returns Policy

We value your business at Male-HQ, and strive to keep our returns policy simple.

Apparel

You may return apparel items within 30 days of date of purchase for a full refund or equivalent exchange as long as the items are unused, unworn, in their original new condition, and in their original manufacturer's packaging with tags attached. We'll pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Please use the Contact Male-HQ form to initiate the return request. Please let us know the reason for your return, if the items have been used, if the items are in their original manufacturer's packaging with tags attached, and if you would like a refund or an exchange. Your refund will be in the same method as your payment.

Skincare

You may return skincare items within 30 days of date of purchase for a full refund or equivalent exchange as long as the items are unused, unopened, in their original new condition, and in their original manufacturer's packaging. We'll pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

We are unable to accept return of skincare items that have been opened or used.

Toys

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of toys under any circumstances unless you were shipped a wrong item and the item has not been opened.
