Starting 29 August 2025, the U.S. will suspend the de minimis exemption for all international shipments. This means that duties and taxes will now apply to all imports to the U.S., including those valued at US$800 or less.

As a result of new regulations from U.S. customs authorities, Singapore Post has for the time being suspended shipping by normal international registered airmail.

All shipping to the U.S. has to be through international express courier. All orders to the U.S. will hence incur a flat rate of US$50 shipping via express courier until normal international registered airmail services are restored.
